Terms of Service

These terms cover the software Revival Ministries uses to run its church, which is operated by Shaka Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading as Shaka Labs. They are between you and the operator, and they are not Revival Ministries's own terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate ministry activities of your church.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual property.
Do not attempt to access other churches' data, reverse-engineer, or disrupt service integrity.

4. Giving & payments

Donations processed through the platform are settled via the church's own payment gateway and are subject to that gateway's terms. Section 18A tax certificates are issued where the church qualifies as a Public Benefit Organisation.

5. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonable.

6. Intellectual property

The Shaka Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading as Shaka Labs platform, name, and logo are ours. Content you upload (member records, sermons, messages) remains yours and is processed on your behalf.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where feasible.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by the subscribing church during that period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of KwaZulu-Natal.
